We all have opinions and I would like to hear some.  I went to a women’s leadership meeting this weekend and came out with a lot of questions.  Tell me what you would like.  I have gotten back about 20 surverys and I thank you for that. ( I sent out about 130)  Don’t worry about hurting my feelings, I want to know where we should be going.(what direction to take).  Maybe you think I’m not the one to lead the group (that has acrossed my mind as well).  But please let me know your feelings, thoughts, etc.

We will be running the confessions again this year. I will need help anytime between 4-8. If we do 1 hour shifts then I need at least 12 people to help.(4 shifts 3per shift). The money will help the Bayou Girls with a retreat. If you have any questions or would like to help email me at Leah@springbayou.com

Ladies if you haven’t been to at least one of our activities or meetings you are extremely missing something.  We can have a blast with 15 or with 3.  Saturday we made cards for National Make a Card Day to contribute to our card ministry.  We even had a new card maker.  Making cards is like eating “Lays” potato chips, you can’t make just one.

October is here and our annual Harvest Festival is coming up.  It will be Friday Oct. 31 starting at 4pm.  Help is greatly needed for this event. (contact Jared Hayes)  One way you can help is to bring bags of wrapped candy and 2 liter bottles.  This event is not only for our church but for the community.  We strive to keep our kids safe.

Our next meeting will be Tuesday the 14th at 7pm.  We will meet at the same time as the men.  We will have babysitters but no snacks.  If you haven’t turned in your survey, bring it that night or put it in the survery box.
